The charter of good conduct is for all the actors of the National Youth Observatory's website. It includes a set of rules, courtesies and protocol.
The current or future interactive areas (email, forum, chat) of the NYO site aim to develop and maintain a friendly online community, and give our members the opportunity to express divergent opinions and be faced with different lifestyles.
These interactive areas and the entire content of the NYO website are governed by this Charter and the rules of common sense and etiquette that we are inviting you to meet.
Our charter of conduct aims to recall some basic courtesy and
legal principles that it is good to keep in mind in order
guarantee the peaceful use of our website.
Will not be published, without the list being limited or exhaustive, any message or information, which in its form or its contents would be such:
- To promote any kind of violence, undermining the respect for human person, his dignity, equality between women and men and the protection of adolescents and children.

- Use the site's "email", "forum" or "chat" boxes as content delivery medium having to purpose of propaganda or proselytizing.
- To harass in any way one or more other users of the site, to collect and store personal data about other users.
- To publish text or images bearing infringement of intellectual property rights, personality right and / or property.
- To suggest by any means to download files protected by intellectual property rights.
- To set up one or more hyperlinks or review that refer or relate to sites contrary to this charter.
- To incorporate a document, software, or other information or refer to information that may damage any computer, software and / or any third party communication tool and / or can afford infringing an automated data processing system.
In your capacity as contributor of the NYO websiteyou are solely responsible for your comments of any kind (text, images, sounds, etc ...)
