Good morning Asah. Go to the nearest Multipurpose Youth Empowerment Centre of your Subdivision and complete file of:

- A stamped request addressed to the Minister of Youth Affairs and Civic Education

- A certified photocopy of the National Identity Card;

- A location map;

- A unique identification number
